At present study, analytical methods using solid-phase extraction method and high resolution mass spectrometer with gas chromatograph (SPE-GC-HRMS) were optimized for the analysis of pyrethroid pesticides for water samples. Exact masses using selected ion monitoring (SIM) were verified for the target pesticides and internal standards on DB-5MS capillary column. High sensitivities and available separations for the pyrethroid pesticides were obtained. Calibration curves was performed using 0.5～200 ng/mL with R2 value ranges for 0.9967～0.9996. There were no significant different recoveries between C18 and SDB-RPS SPE method and between raw and treated water.
