We have developed ground filtration water source heat pump for getting plenty of heat flux from geothermal energy. Surface water in river channel was used for getting a lots of geothermal heat by penetrating water through underground soil layer of the river bank that make heat transmission to passing water. The range of water temperature after the process of Ground filtration was 13~18 degrees celsius which made the number of geothermal heat exchanging hole fewer and the construction expense for geothermal heat exchanger reduced. Recharging well was also used for returning filtration water to the aquifer that keep the water good recirculation from losing geothermal heat and water resource.For the COP improvement of Heat pump, we have developed thermal storage tank with separating insulation plate according to the temperature difference which make the COP of Heat pump higher than existing thermal storage tank.. Filtering tank for eliminating iron, manganese in ground filtration water was used for improving water quality that make heat exchanger efficiency better. For the COP simulation, all above developed component skill for the Ground filtration water source heat pump system were set on simulation program and COP simulation was performed, The result of simulation showed that the COP of filtration water source heat pump system is higher than 4.0.We are going to verify the simulation COP through executing on-site experiment for optimizing the heating system function and overcome the problem happening in the process of on-site application afterward. |
