In industrial settings, not only an electric motor is contributed to energy consumption factors, but also occupancy of the motor is unexceptional factor in water supply system. In current society, as confronted with the high oil prices, there is a large amount of ongoing researches in an active extent which are concerned with energy saving policy. Moreover, there is an increasing inclination that small capacity of motor is applied by BLCD motor to make electric motor decrease electric power consumption in Water Treatment System. In this study, in order to verify an efficiency of BLDC motor for water supply, as constructing the system which can measure the energy consumption by variation of revolution count of BLCD and AC pumps, this is contributed to comparative measurement. Also, according to test results, unit of power supply there are saving energy effect in 600 rpm has 25%, and 1,400 rpm has 7%. In addition, the fewer rotational quantum number the motor does, the bigger unit of electric power supply in a saving energy effect degree.
