The nanotechnology is one of the rapidly growing industry due to the substantialbenefits in economic and scientific parts. However, concerns have been raised thatnanomaterials could potentially lead to unexpected health problems which is called 'toxicactivity of nanomaterials'. Despite the stabilized new nano-materials recently in environmentsor human body, the powerful oxidation/disinfection water treatments may destroy thestructure of nano-particles and it would increase the toxic potential of nanomaterials. Thispaper investigated the health effects of nanomaterials under the powerfuloxidation/disinfection water treatments by conducting the toxic activity experiments.
