In this study, the performance of AMF which is pretreatment process for RO process of D industrial water treatment plant was evaluated by MMAS.AMF can effectively remove particles larger than 0.45 μm. However, the fouling potential for RO by colloid and organic can be increased in AMF because of microbial growth. Colloids as well as particles affect the change of differential pressure of AMF. C-MFI and O-MFI value of AMF effluent can use for estimating the fouling potential while SDI is difficult to use as fouling index for RO process of D plant
