This paper presents the prediction model for the autogenous expansion of MgO concrete withdifferent water-binder ratios and curing temperatures. Test results showed that MgO concreteexhibited relatively large expansion compared to normal concrete and water-binder ratio ofconcrete merely influenced the autogenous expansion of MgO concrete. The expansion of MgOconcrete occurred quickly at early age, when it cured at high temperature, and the higher curingtemperature, the greater the autogenous expansion. By analyzing the test results, a predictionmodel for the autogenous expansion of MgO concrete was proposed. This prediction modelwould be effectively used to estimate the autogenous expansion of MgO concrete.
