Lately, needs of algal toxin monitoring including microcystins from drinking water treatment facility are reported due to the increased algal blooms in reservoirs and drinking water intake. Particularly, conventional treatment process than AOP facility needs toxin free assurances in drinking water supply. Current sample pre-treatment by conventional solid phase extraction requires longer time and complexities, while online pre-concentration and direct sample injection based LC/MS making it fast measurement1). However, real time based results of drinking water are needed since algae blooms are frequently changed in intake and source water. This study developed real time monitoring of toxins using optimized auto-sampler installed online LC/MS. ㅜ
