The study compares specimens simulating concrete structures repaired with CCP. The specimens comprised cement paste (CP) and CCP. The composites have varying CCP ratios (0, 30, 50, 70, 100 %). Uniaxial cyclic loading tests ranged from 1 to 3 N/mm² and ten repetitions. The collected data underwent wavelet analysis for the comprehensive examination.
The strain time series in a composite is influenced by the static modulus of elasticity and volume ratio of CP and CCP, with smaller static modulus resulting in more considerable strain changes. The qualitative understanding of strain changes in the composite utilizing the electrical response can be derived from the voltage change, whose central part is CCP. However, noise generation obscured the correlation between strain and the magnitude of the electrical response. This is because the electrical response of the specimens involves factors like friction between specimen and electrodes.
